For the March break, Alixe and I took a fun trip to New York City. We stayed in a cozy apartment on 74th Street, just a few blocks from Central Park. From there, we explored the city mostly on foot—strolling through Central Park, walking to the lights of Times Square, and crossing the Brooklyn Bridge.
We also checked out some really cool shops, including the Harry Potter Store (a big hit!). One of the highlights was spending a day at the National Museum of Natural History, where we saw an actual dinosaur fossil—massive and impressive.
Of course, no trip to NYC would be complete without food! We had some classic New York-style pizza and topped it off with delicious New York cheesecake. A great getaway with lots of walking, sightseeing, and special memories.
